Dr. Galit Goldfarb provides confused and frustrated people wanting to lastingly lose weight and reach optimal health with a 12 week step-by-step, science-based program that takes them from where they are today to become slim, sexy, healthy and self-assured. 

Dr. Galit Goldfarb BSc, MSc, Ph.D. is a clinical nutritionist and medical scientist and multiple award-winning author who has worked within the health field for 22 years.

Following her personal suffering with weight issues, cancer and raising two of her daughters with epilepsy and mental disability, Galit made it her mission to research the ideal diet for humans which formed the basis of her Multiple Award Winning International Bestselling book “The Guerrilla Diet & Lifestyle Program.” Galit is an active blogger and was invited to give a TEDx talk on the “Ideal Diet For Humans.”

Galit is a Professional Member of the American Nutrition Association, and the American Society for Nutrition, and holds a BSc (honors) in Biochemistry and Nutrition, an MSc in Medical Science with Distinction, a Ph.D. in Nutrition and studied Immunology for a Post Graduate Certificate while also holding many diplomas in alternative medicine.
